1. Use of the App

1.1 The App is designed to help users learn foreign languages through AI-powered lessons, custom vocabulary and sentence lists, and beginner courses.

1.2 By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the App, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App.

1.3 You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by us, including all intellectual property rights, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

2.2 You acknowledge that the App and its contents are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose.

3. User Content

3.1 The App allows users to create and share content, including custom vocabulary and sentence lists.

3.2 By creating and sharing user content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such user content throughout the world in any media.

3.3 You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the user content and have the right to grant the license granted above.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

4.1 The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App.

4.2 We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

5.2 We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the inability to use the App or any information or materials contained on the App.

6. Indemnification

6.1 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
